What you get

  • The version most Eaglercraft servers run — the safest bet for multiplayer.
  • Opens singleplayer worlds to friends as shared worlds, with a join code.
  • Custom skins and capes, and smooth performance on modest hardware.

Every version has its own page: Minecraft 1.5.2, Minecraft 1.8.8, Minecraft 1.12.

Alone, or with everyone

The same client covers both — a private world in your browser, or a server full of people.

Solo

Singleplayer

Generate a fresh world and play offline — creative or survival, your choice. Worlds save to your browser as you go, and sync to your account when you are signed in.

Multiplayer

Connect to a live Eaglercraft server over wss:// — survival, PvP, SkyBlock and minigames, pinged in real time. Or open one of your own worlds and share the join code.

Play together

Playing with a friend, without renting a server

You can play co-op privately, with nothing to set up. There are two ways in, and the first one is almost always what you want.

Shared world — the easy way

In Minecraft 1.8.8 or 1.12, open a singleplayer world, press Esc, then Invite Start shared world. You get a five-character code your friend enters under Multiplayer. It works across the internet, not just the same Wi-Fi. Publish it on shared worlds and anyone can join.

Direct connect — your own server

Already running an Eaglercraft server? Share ws://your-ip:port on the same network, or a wss:// address over the internet, and join through Multiplayer → Direct Connect. List it on the server directory so other players can find it.

How to play

Controls

MinePlay uses the same bindings as Minecraft Java Edition. Click the game once to capture your mouse; Esc gives it back. On phones and tablets, touch controls appear automatically.

Everything is rebindable in-game under Options → Controls, and your bindings are stored in the browser alongside your worlds.

How each version is rated

Ratings are tied to the client you actually played, so a heavy build on old hardware never drags down the light one. Rate one right here — a thumb takes a tap and needs no account.
