Instant, always

About
MinePlay is a small independent project that runs a browser build of the sandbox we all grew up with. No launcher, no install, no waiting on a school or office machine that will not let you install anything. Open the page, spawn, build.

Too much stands between most people and simply playing: the launcher, the Java install, the account, the managed laptop that blocks all three. MinePlay removes every one of those steps.
MinePlay is a clean, fast front door to Eaglercraft — the open-source port of Minecraft Java Edition that compiles the game to JavaScript and WebAssembly so it runs natively inside a browser tab. No ads dressed up as download buttons, no clutter, no account gate. Just the game.
The goal is for it to just work — on your phone, your laptop, an old Chromebook, whatever you have, wherever you are. MinePlay installs as a progressive web app and keeps working offline, so once the client is cached you can carry on in your saved worlds with no connection at all.
Singleplayer worlds save straight into your browser as you play. Export any of them as a single .mpsv file and carry it to another computer or a friend, or sign in for automatic cloud backups so a cleared cache never wipes your builds. Either way they are yours — take them and go whenever you like.
MinePlay is a fan-run site built on open-source Eaglercraft. It is not endorsed by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft, and it does not host any of their copyrighted files. Trademarks belong to their owners. If you can buy the official game, buy it — this is for the moments you cannot.
If a page takes longer than a few seconds to put you in a world, we treat that as a bug rather than a fact of life.
No forced accounts, no countdown offers, no ads dressed up as download buttons. The play button is the play button.
We point everyone at the official game. This exists for the machines and the moments that can't run it.
